Go to the main menu, then go to settings...after that go to ring style....then go to detail(it will say whatever you ring style is, and then detail after that) then scroll down till you see key volume, then turn it all the way down to zero!!!

Motorola W490 Turn Off Key Volume
Turning off annoying noises? Solved! My dad bought a W490, and he couldn't turn his key volume off. This link helped me figure it out for him; I hope it helps you too.
