Turn Off Vista Areo From a Command Line

I found a website that is very straight forward here. I was hoping to include it in the version of UNVC's SingleClick that I am hosting, because it contains areo_disable.exe which is considered a hacking tool. By using the commands on this website it shouldn't get attacked by antiviruses.
